At Durlacher Dental Care we have a dedicated team of health professionals who strive to develop life- long relationships with patients and team members alike. We aim to educate, develop and motivate our team to consistently deliver a high level of customer service. We want to create an environment that is modern and comfortable for all patients. Our patients are educated to make informed decisions around their oral health and have trust in our clinicians, reflected by word of mouth referrals.
Health Funds
HBF
We are proudly a HBF Member Plus Dental provider. This means if you are covered for general dental with HBF you receive one free scale and clean per calendar year. On basic Extras cover with HBF you receive 75% back on preventative items through to 100% cover or no out of pocket for Top Extras Cover on preventative items. If you have ‘Gap Saver’ as part of your policy with HBF and would like to use this towards your out of pocket expenses please ensure it is turned on. This can be done by calling HBF prior to your appointment. If any treatment is required we are able to put through a quote with HBF through our Hicaps terminal, so there will be no surprises with out of pocket costs.
Medibank Private
We are Medibank Private Member’s Choice provider. This means all Medibank Private members are entitled to one fully covered check-up and clean annually (excluding x-rays). If any treatment is required we can process a quote through our Hicaps terminal so there are no surprises with out of pocket expenses.
HCF
We are part of HCF’s “More For Teeth” Programme. This means as a HCF member with extras cover at our clinic you are entitled to the maximum rebate on preventative items. Depending on your level of cover with HCF this could mean up to two fully covered dental exams and cleans per calendar year. If any treatment is required we are able to process a quote through our Hicaps terminal so there are no surprises with out of pocket expenses.
NIB
We are a preferred provider NIB members. This means you will be entitled to the maximum rebate on general dental treatments depending on your level of cover and in accordance with your policy. We are able to process quotes for any treatment required through our Hicaps terminal.
Hicaps
At Durlacher Dental we utilise the Hicaps terminal for on the spot convenience when processing you private health insurance claims. Hicaps is compatible with most major health funds allowing us process claims on the day. With most major health funds we are also able to offer on the spot quotes for any treatment plans you are given. This means no surprises when it comes to out of pocket expenses.
